To support our developers, we are looking for you with your skills and passion as a Product Owner (m/f/d) at our location in Leipzig or Essen.
YOUR TASK:
- You constantly optimize our software products in coordination with our development team
- You are the central contact for your colleagues in case of problems, find creative solutions and ensure appropriate adaptation
- You are responsible for requirements management, ensure clear prioritization and the necessary flow of information
- You work with colleagues to develop practical, technical solution concepts
- You manage internal and external resources during implementation in order to achieve the set goals
- You have the opportunity to exchange ideas in an internal board of other product owners
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:
- You have a high affinity for technical innovation!
- You have at least 2 years of professional experience as a product owner in Scrum/agile software development
- You have several years of experience in managing interest groups (such as customers, consulting, marketing, support), in requirements design and in problem solving
- You have extensive technical know-how in the field of software development and experience with microservices
- You are characterized by a high degree of willingness to learn and strong communication skills in German and English
- Leadership qualities to manage and motivate internal IT processes and employees
