In addition to the development of software solutions in the areas of industry and public administration, the focus is on complete digital process mapping for the energy industry and on energy data management systems. We are now looking for an IT/energy industry consultant in Dresden to take responsibility for strategically important and exciting key projects.
TASK FOCUS:
- Strategic-conceptual work and technical support of key projects as well as introduction of the components of a leading energy market platform to support the network processes of B2B customers.
- Energy data management in the sense of data analysis and monitoring as well as feed-in management and balancing in the regulated energy market for the electricity and gas sectors.
- Consulting on products and migration to the above. Energy market platform, especially as a cloud version.
- Determination of requirements and mapping of these to existing or newly created functions and processes.
- Supporting our clients in adapting and optimizing their local business processes.
- Carrying out workshops in the context of the energy market platform and on general B2B energy topics.
- Conceptual support of customer projects, including parameterization and introduction of these to clients.
YOUR PROFILE:
- Completed studies in the field of business informatics, industrial engineering, technology-oriented economics, computer science, mathematics, physics or a comparable course of study. Alternatively, completed related training with initial professional experience.
- Professional experience in customer advice/consulting and ideally in agile working methods based on Scrum.
- Basic knowledge of modeling business processes or software systems as well as initial basic knowledge of relational databases and SQL would also be an advantage.
- Initial knowledge of the economic and legal framework conditions of the energy market would also be ideal.
- Customer orientation, communication & moderation strength, ability to work in a team and a structured, solution-oriented way of working with analytical skills.
- Very good knowledge of spoken and written German as well as fluent communication skills in English.
- Willingness to undertake occasional business trips.
