- Last year students of IT (or fresh graduates)
- English proficiency (IELST >= 6.0 or equivalent)
- Good IT background & knowledge (will be tested & interviewed)
- Strong teamwork skills & cooperation
Fields of practice
Some aimed areas would be (but not limited to):
- AI application with Google-based framework/technologies (e.g. Google DuetAi)
- Software development
- Mobile development
- Energy consumption monitoring, CO2 taxing
- Sustainable IT management/operation
Application & evaluation process
The application will be submitted via the portal of ways2germany.com by fulfilling the information and attaching files by 15.12.2023
Application documents include:
- Motivation letter
- Curriculum Vitae
- Academic transcript
- English certificate (if any)
- Germany certificate (if any)
- Recommendation letter (if any)
After submission, the application will be reviewed. Selected candidates will be invited to the next round by 15.01.2024:
- Submit a video introduction (max. 03 minutes)
Join (a) relevant technical test(s) or discussion (about 01 hour)
The final round will be a video-based interview with representatives of companies and the University of Leipzig by 31.01.2024

Frequently Asked Questions
The program begins in 2023 through coordination with Ho Chi Minh City University of Technical Education to bring the first 3 students of the school to Germany for internships.
Of course not, you will not only intern at prestigious German companies but also study at Leipzig University.
Absolutely not, you will not have to pay any fee to join the program. Not only that, you will also receive an internship allowance from the company to be able to meet your daily life in Germany.
To participate in the program, you only need to be able to communicate fluently in English and have a English certificate. Knowing German is a plus.
