TASK FOCUS:
- Processing technical fault reports from our customers by telephone, email and ticket.
- Monitoring and error diagnosis within the framework of the SLAs.
- Installation, setup and configuration of products and solutions.
- Collaboration with other departments, including development, product management and sales.
- Analysis and documentation of customer service requirements.
YOUR PROFILE:
- Completed studies related to IT or comparable training in the IT sector.
- In-depth knowledge of dealing with common network elements, including LAN, WAN, VPN, SSL, switches, routers, etc.
- Customer and service-oriented way of working.
- Strong team and communication skills, willingness to learn and an independent way of working.
- Willingness to occasionally install system solutions at the customer’s site.
- Fluent German (C1) and English (B2/C1) skills, both spoken and written.
