TASK FOCUS:
- You record, assess and qualify complex cross-company IT inquiries.
- You act as a communication interface between the department and the IT team.
- They advise on suitable IT solutions and ensure their implementation.
- You participate in establishing service processes between users and IT.
- They support IT change management.
YOUR PROFILE:
- Successfully completed studies in computer science, medical informatics, business informatics or a comparable degree. Career changers with relevant professional experience are welcome.
- Good knowledge of English and German (at least C1).
- Strong empathy and perseverance.
- Structured, goal- and customer-oriented way of working as well as strong team and problem-solving skills.
