WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
We are searching for someone in Hamburg or Ottobrunn.
- As an ABAP developer, you take on the draft, design and specification of ABAP development changes and the subsequent implementation in the existing SAP systems
- You support the migration from SAP R3 to SAP S/4
- You take care of interface development (OData/RFC/IDOC), design and implement dialog- (Fiori/RAP) and workflow applications
- One of your tasks is estimating the effort for development packages
- You create developer documentations and guidelines and are responsible for quality assurance of the developments
- You take over the analysis for program errors and their correction as well as the program function tests of the general test activities for the release procedure.
- You will also support the administration and maintenance of development, test and production environments
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
- You have a university or technical college degree in computer science or have completed comparable knowledge and qualifications through relevant professional experience and comparable IT training
- You have in-depth knowledge and proven experience in SAP ABAP-OO development, ideally with good knowledge of the ABAP programming models introduced with S/4 HANA for FIORI/RAP, CDS views and ODATA
- You have good knowledge of the ABAP Dictionary and SAP update technologies, prior knowledge in the area of SAP PDF forms (Adobe Forms) and in the area of UI5 (FIORI Apps) and you are confident in using the ECLIPSE development environment
- You have good knowledge of SAP modules such as SD, MM, FI, CO and knowledge of SAP workflow
- You work analytically and conceptually with your own initiative and are interested in independent, structured familiarization with new areas of responsibility, systems and tools
- You have a hands-on mentality and are committed to continuous improvement
- You have good written and spoken German and English skills
